The condo is decorated adorably with a great location near Nissan stadium and downtown. However, it's on third floor with outdoor stairs. Didn't find out until after I paid for booking. Wouldn't have normally been an issue but we had a person with mobility issues. Would recommend adding that to the description upfront. Also, the hot water lasted less than 5 minutes for a shower.

Positive: Location was key!!!
Negative: Construction is everywhere & across the street from this facility. Uber drives stayed the state bird is the construction crane!

The condo itself was very nice and clean! I will say that the walk to Broadway street was a bit far in the heat and the surrounding neighborhood is under construction.
